Client Document Checklist.

Thank you for starting the advice process with us!

We’ve set up your personal client portal and have pre-filled your basic personal details to get things started. To ensure we have everything needed to prepare your strategy, we ask that you:

  1. Log in at: https://www.adviserlogic.com/Default.aspx?corplogin 

  2. Review your personal information — and update anything that’s incorrect or incomplete.

  3. Upload the documents listed below in the Documents List, by:

    • Clicking on Document Vault in the top menu

    • Clicking the Upload button in the top right corner

    • Uploading the relevant files from your device

    If you need assistance accessing the portal or uploading documents, just let us know — we’re here to help.

    (Please note: If we are preparing advice for two of you as a couple, please ensure that all relevant documentation is provided for both of you. This includes identification, income, superannuation, and investment details. Having a complete picture for both of you allows us to provide coordinated advice and ensure that all elements of your strategy work effectively together!)

Documents List:

1. Personal Identification

  • Copy of your current passport

  • Copy of your current driver’s licence

  • (And the same for your partner, if applicable)

2. Income and Taxation

  • Most recently filed personal tax return

  • Latest payslip, if any

  • PAYG summaries (if not included in the tax returns)

  • Screenshots from MyGov showing concessional contribution history for the past 5 financial years (one per year if possible)

  • (And the same for your partner, if applicable)

3. Superannuation

  • Latest annual superannuation statements and

  • Details of contribution history showing any current voluntary contributions (if applicable)

  • (And the same for your partner, if applicable)

4. Investments

  • Most recent statements for managed funds or ETF holdings

  • Unrealised capital gains tax reports (if available)

  • (And the same for your partner, if applicable)

5. Cash and Term Deposits

  • Recent statements or screenshots showing balances for:

    • Bank accounts

    • Term deposits

  • (And the same for your partner, if applicable)

6. Superannuation Third Party Authorities

  • To help us liaise directly with your superannuation providers, we’ll send Third Party Authority forms for each relevant fund via email.

  • Please keep an eye out for these and let us know once completed — they help streamline data collection and avoid delays.
